Once you land in Mexico City, our team will meet you at the airport personally and transfer you to the luxurious Hotel de Mexico.  You will be greeted by our team and checked into your accommodations.

8:00 am – 9:00 am – Breakfast and registration!

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – After a few housekeeping items for the trip, Tim Jordan and Amy Wees will be presenting a special workshop on Private Label Development.  This worshop will cover the most important and updated trainings on how to identify keywords to sell, what is important to focus on, and how all of this pertains to sourcing in Latin America!

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Lunch at the Conference Center

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm – You will be loaded onto private coaches, and we will be engaging in an AWESOME cultural activity!  We will leave the actual event as a surprise, but it will be fun, and you will get to spend more time connecting with and getting to know your fellow attendees, your mentors and coaches, and some of the best thought leaders in the eCom space!

5:00 pm – 11:00 – After returning to the hotel and getting freshened up, you will be a guest at our OFFICIAL opening Gala!  Amazing food, drinks, entertainment…. ALL in a gorgeous venue SPECIFICALLY designed for the Mexico Trip sourcing attendees and team!

8:00 am – 9:00 am – Group Breakfast!

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Conference Day 1 Sourcing in Mexico 101 – Business, Culture, Trade basics, how to talk to suppliers.  Some of the best thought leaders and industry pros will be sharing knowledge, wisdom, and education that can ONLY be found at The Mexico Trip!

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Buffet lunch at hotel

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm – We will once again load up on private coaches, and we will be doing  a factory tour.  One primary reason to attend the Mexico Trip is to LEARN!  And seeing a factory in person will help you MASSIVELY in understanding how to source, compete, and GROW by utilizing Latin American Manufacturing!

6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Dinner at AMAZING local restaurants in small groups

8:00 am – 9:00 am – Breakfast with the group

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Conference Day 2 Mexico Manufacturing basics, types of products, Logistics, Legal, Amazon Mexico.  We will cover MORE content, MORE education, and MORE knowledge in our conference space!

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Buffet lunch at hotel

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – After a third day of learning, we will unwind a bit with a tour in downtown Mexico City!   Come have some fun and continued networking with the attendees and team, and soak in more of the Latin vibe!

6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Private Dinner at Gran Hotel de la Ciudad de Mexico.  Yep, that’s right!  ANOTHER fancy dinner, overlooking the gorgeous downtown Mexico City from our private rooftop venue!

8:00 am – 9:00 am – Breakfast with group

11:00 am – 6:00 pm – Evolatam Trade Show at World Trade Center.  You will be a VIP at this first-of-it’s kind tradeshow featuring manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors from Mexico that WANT TO MEET YOU!

8:00 pm – 12:00 am – EvoLatam Networking Night!  Meet other sellers, hang with experts, and enjoy a WORLD CLASS networking event for ecom sellers, brand owners, manufacturers, and experts!


8:00 am – 9:00 am – Breakfast with group, then we will officially conclude the Mexico Sourcing Trip.  If you are attending the Cancun Mastermind as well, you will travel to Cancun this day!  Otherwise, you will return home and absorb the AMAZING connections, education, and opportunities you found at the Mexico Sourcing Trip!
