What if I want to bring my spouse or business partner, can I get a discount?
Yes, we can offer a discount for partners or spouses. Simply fill out our form here to qualify for your discount code.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
When you sign up, we’ll collect information from you to ensure we understand any dietary restrictions and we will provide these to participating restaurants. However, we cannot guarantee restaurants can meet your needs, so we recommend if you have very specific allergies or dietary restrictions that you bring along snacks to accommodate.
How do I know which flights to book?
When you sign up, you’ll receive a trip schedule with recommended times of arrival and departure so you can choose the best flight option. You’ll also be added to a Facebook group with other trip participants so that you can communicate with other trip attendees and ask questions as they come. Additionally, if you are traveling from Mexico City to Cancun, we will recommend some flights to book so we can all travel together.

What does my ticket price cover?

Your ticket price covers everything but the flights. You get yourself to Mexico and we take care of the rest. Read the details of what’s included next to each trip package below.

What happens after I sign up?

After you sign up, you’ll be taken to our registration page where we’ll get more information about you and where you’re coming from. Then you’ll join our private Facebook group where you can connect with other attendees and receive an information packet with your travel booking information.
